Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients
- Assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and service requests
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Help improve customer experience by collecting feedback and suggesting improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and support tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
