Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, orders, and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product releases
- Provide a personalized and high-quality customer service experience
- Participate in training and development programs, including relocation support activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools
