In this position, you will provide expert support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their digital banking needs and ensuring a seamless banking experience. Your role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our digital banking services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with digital banking inquiries, transactions, and issue resolutions
- Accurately document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with digital banking products and services to provide accurate information
- Contribute to customer feedback collection to improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in digital banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (full relocation package provided)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with banking software and CRM tools
