The offer
• Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat
• Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely!
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Ensure all clients are aware of the company’s innovations
• Being an ambassador for de company
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in English
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in Italian
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued!
