Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably within electronics or technology sectors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer-oriented attitude with professionalism and patience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-based environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation support
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
