Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Customer Agent to join a dynamic team providing exceptional support for subscription-based services in Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in an international setting.
As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their subscription inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with subscription management, billing questions, and general service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex matters when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
