Your Role as a Content Moderator… 👨‍💻

As a Content Moderator, you’ll review and manage user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with company guidelines. You’ll address inappropriate content, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with the team to improve moderation policies, all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Daily responsibilities:

• Moderate Content: Review and manage user-generated content on the platform, including text, images, and videos, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines.
• Evaluate and Take Action: Assess content against company policies and guidelines, removing or escalating content as necessary.
• Respond to Inquiries: Address user reports of inappropriate content quickly and professionally, ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work with the team to identify content trends, and suggest improvements for moderation practices and policies.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Requirements: 📝

• Fluent level of the Italian language (C1/C2)
• Good English (at least B2) both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content that may violate policies.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
