Job Description

Administer and support ICCU’s AI systems and Microsoft 365 Copilot environment by managing platform configuration, permissions, governance, and team member access. This role is responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining bots and agents; supporting AI-related requests; and helping ensure AI tools are secure, compliant, effective, and aligned with ICCU’s operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain ICCU’s AI platforms and systems to support reliable, secure, compliant, and effective production operations.
  • Serve as the primary operational owner for AI systems in Production, providing centralized administration, support, and coordination across AI tools and environments.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, including configuration, access, licensing coordination, and ongoing platform support.
  • Oversee bot, agent, and AI governance processes, including review, approval, publishing, monitoring, exception handling, and lifecycle management.
  • Build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain bots and agents that improve team member efficiency and business processes.
  • Manage user permissions, licensing, identities, access controls, and related administrative functions for AI systems, bots, agents, and supporting platforms in accordance with security and governance standards.
  • Build, test, and support prompts, plugins, and related configurations for enterprise AI solutions and experiences, while maintaining an understanding of how prompt and plugin design affects usability, governance, and operational outcomes.
  • Coordinate releases for the AI Development team, helping ensure production changes are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational standards.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to support testing coordination, release readiness, issue triage, regression follow-up, and post-release validation.
  • Triage AI-related issues and escalations by identifying whether problems stem from user support needs, bot defects, QA regressions, platform issues, or configuration concerns, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor system activity, logs, alerts, and operational health for AI platforms and related systems to identify issues, support auditing, and reduce operational risk.
  • Audit AI system usage, permissions, identities, and administrative activity to help ensure compliance, traceability, and proper governance.
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams, business units, security, and external vendors as needed to support AI platform administration, issue resolution, and service continuity.
  • Document standards, procedures, configurations, administrative processes, and support workflows related to AI platform operations, release management, and agent governance.
  • Enforce established AI governance, compliance, and operational standards, while supporting adherence to organizational policies and risk management expectations.
  • Recommend improvements to AI administration, support processes, governance execution, monitoring, and production readiness to help ICCU scale AI safely and sustainably.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Two to four years of relevant experience administering enterprise systems and platforms, including experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, is required. Experience supporting AI-related platforms, Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent governance, permissions management, release coordination, monitoring, or operational support is preferred. Relevant AI, prompt engineering, cloud, or platform certifications are preferred.​

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, such as processing paperwork, typing, filing, and handling cash.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as required by job duties.
  • Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 20–40 pounds (e.g., copy paper, cash drawers, marketing materials).
  • Frequent repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers (e.g., typing, data entry).
  • Ability to reach and operate keyboards and other standard office equipment.
  • Operate basic office machines and technology, including computers, calculators, telephones, and multifunction printers.
