Administer and support ICCU’s AI systems and Microsoft 365 Copilot environment by managing platform configuration, permissions, governance, and team member access. This role is responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining bots and agents; supporting AI-related requests; and helping ensure AI tools are secure, compliant, effective, and aligned with ICCU’s operational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Two to four years of relevant experience administering enterprise systems and platforms, including experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, is required. Experience supporting AI-related platforms, Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent governance, permissions management, release coordination, monitoring, or operational support is preferred. Relevant AI, prompt engineering, cloud, or platform certifications are preferred.
