Responsabilità Cooperare con progettisti, ingegneri e architetti per la definizione delle specifiche di progetto; Supervisionare e gestire le attività di cantiere, dal coordinamento delle imprese all’avanzamento dei lavori; Redigere, revisionare e approvare il cronoprogramma lavori, comprendente ingegnerizzazione, approvvigionamenti e costruzione; Monitorare lo Stato Avanzamento Lavori (SAL), il budget e le attività di cantiere, assicurando il rispetto dei KPI aziendali; Garantire che tutti i permessi, gli accordi e la documentazione siano disponibili prima dell’avvio del progetto; Organizzare le riunioni di coordinamento di cantiere, redigere i verbali e monitorare i follow-up; Partecipare alla negoziazione e gestione dei rapporti con fornitori e subappaltatori; Supervisionare il piano approvvigionamenti, valutando le offerte economiche e assicurando l’ottimizzazione dei costi; Gestire appaltatori e subappaltatori in termini di tempi, costi e qualità; Predisporre la reportistica periodica e riferire alla Direzione sull’andamento dei progetti; Verificare, in coordinamento con il Coordinatore per la Sicurezza (CSP/CSE), il rispetto delle normative e del Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento (PSC); Curare i rapporti con clienti e conduttori, garantendo la soddisfazione e la gestione di eventuali criticità; Analizzare rischi e criticità di progetto, gestendo eventuali imprevisti e rinegoziazioni operative. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o Architettura; Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di costruzione, preferibilmente nel settore logistico-industriale e in contesti internazionali; Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di elaborati tecnici, capitolati e computi metrici estimativi; Competenze nello sviluppo di cronoprogrammi lavori e nella redazione di SAL; Ottima conoscenza della normativa urbanistica ed edilizia; Padronanza di Microsoft Office, Google Workspace e software tecnici di settore; Spiccate capacità organizzative, leadership, problem solving e comunicazione; Autonomia operativa e attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari; Italiano e inglese fluenti; Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte sul territorio nazionale ove occorra. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define project specifications; Supervise and direct site activities, including contractor coordination and construction progress; Prepare, review, and approve the project schedule covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases; Monitor progress reports, cost control, and site performance, ensuring company KPIs are achieved; Ensure all permits, agreements, and documentation are in place prior to project commencement. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction and project management, ideally within the logistics/industrial sector and in international environments; Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities; Proven skills in project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting; Solid knowledge of Italian urban planning and building regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-related software; Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Willingness to travel across Italy as required.
