This role is responsible for the implementation of effective end user computing applications and PC/Workstation based LAN systems. The associate will work closely with teammates and managers on various activities including determining resources necessary to preform the work and assigning tasks to appropriate support.
This is the second level of the Workstation Support Spc hierarchy. Employees at this level solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. Incumbents are expected to develop higher level knowledge and skills. Employee receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from others.
