Job Title: IT Vendor & Contract Manager

Location: Krakow (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

We are looking for an experienced IT Vendor Manager to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will manage strategic IT vendors, ensure strong governance, and act as the key interface between IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive performance, compliance, and value from our supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of strategic IT contracts, including amendments, extensions, and governance
  • Lead contract changes and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with IT, Procurement, and Legal
  • Act as the central coordination point for all vendor-related topics across IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance
  • Support stakeholders in translating business needs into contractual and commercial terms
  • Facilitate governance forums and drive cross-functional decision-making
  • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs, and lead improvement initiatives
  • Support financial management, including budget tracking, invoice validation, and cost optimisation
  • Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers and act as escalation point when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT vendor management or IT service contract management
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in a global organisation
  • Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management, SOWs, and SLA frameworks
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing vendor-related costs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
