Job Description

Our client, a major international law firm in Hong Kong is currently hiring an IT Training Manager to provide training and development to the IT/L&D team on the company's software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training for new staff induction, workplace IT skills, productivity/efficiency skills, mobility support, and document production automation.
  • Conduct virtual, classroom, and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team and the IT department to analyze their learning needs and develop tailored courseware
  • Act as a technology resource for industry trends and change management
  • Provide high-level customer support and perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with preferably a background in IT and having relevant experience in training delivery or development
  • Experience in legal training is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and document management system is essential
  • Good knowledge of mobile devices and telephone and voicemail systems
  • Professional training qualifications and certifications will be preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
