What you will be doing

We are searching for an ambitious and curious student who wants to work in the space between tools, processes, and technology.

In your new job as a trainee, you will support the Digital Tools and Processes Product team.

You will mostly act as a queue management specialist providing 1st-level support to our internal Digital and Business customers:

  • Handling and resolving low‑complexity incidents and service requests assigned to our queue
  • Delegating medium‑ and high‑complexity requests to our managing partner

  • Building and delegating requests for new templates, including various workflow configurations

  • Performing integrity checks and conducting quality assessments

Among other things, from time to time you will assist our product with miscellaneous tasks such as:

  • Preparing internal broadcasts

  • Maintaining and organizing internal documentation

  • Assisting the team with ongoing tasks

  • Providing support for our Power BI–based solutions and dataflows in the emergency situations

What you bring
We are looking for a candidate who is likely a student in Computer Science, or other IT-related programs (we will consider any other background if you are experienced with request management), and ideally has experience from a similar student assistant job.

It will bring you in a good position to apply for the job if you:

  • Current student status

  • Availability min. 20h/week

  • Have previously worked within IT Service Management tools

  • Willing to provide structured service to customers

  • Enjoy learning new things

  • Have advanced level of English

It will be beneficial if you previously worked or have other experience within Power BI premises.
