We are expanding our Mumbai-based Information Systems team and are looking for two high-energy, skilled IT Technicians II to join us at our Mumbai office.

Operating on a fixed overnight schedule, you will be the primary technical force keeping our worldwide operations running smoothly, handling complex escalations, managing modern cloud workplace tools, and ensuring our global staff has the technical heartbeat they need to create extraordinary travel memories.

- Schedule: Fixed Overnight Shift, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
What You’ll Do
- Solve Complex Issues: Provide high-impact, second-level technical support for incidents and service requests from multiple global communication channels (email, phone, text, and walk-ups).
- Master the Modern Workplace: Administer Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), managing user lifecycles, access control, and modern communication environments across three distinct corporate infrastructure zones.
- Optimize Endpoints: Leverage enterprise tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF to monitor and manage a diverse fleet of Windows and macOS devices in a highly modern, remote-ready setup.
- Manage Infrastructure: Own advanced directory and server tasks, including OU creation, GPO management, and security group administration within Active Directory.
- Hardware & Asset Lifecycle: Actively manage the full lifecycle of corporate physical assets—from intake, imaging, and deployment tracking to troubleshooting on-site network connectivity, access devices, and video conferencing systems.
- Build the Brain Trust: Proactively document technical resolutions to scale our internal knowledge base, and give technical briefings to staff members as a subject matter expert.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for proactive, autonomous troubleshooters who thrive under minimal supervision and bring strong critical thinking to high-priority scenarios.
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in desktop support, IT systems support, or an enterprise infrastructure environment.
- Technical Depth: Mid-to-advanced proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Cloud & Directory Savvy: Robust, proven experience with Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, groups) and comprehensive Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Modern Tool Familiarity: Hands-on exposure to cloud endpoint management applications (Intune, Autopilot, JAMF) and standard enterprise ticketing software (such as ServiceNow or Jira).
- Communication & Support Mindset: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must possess a "white-glove" service approach, demonstrating strong active listening, courtesy, and a professional attitude under pressure.
- Adaptability: The ability to prioritize dynamic daily tasks, pivot strategies when operational demands shift, and step up with clear technical leadership when a situation calls for it.
