What You'll Expect

As an IT Technician I, you’ll provide technical support to employees, vendors, and casino operations across Granite State Gaming & Hospitality properties. You’ll help troubleshoot computer, software, hardware, and network issues while keeping day-to-day technology running smoothly. You’ll work with senior IT staff and vendors while gaining experience with casino gaming systems, point-of-sale equipment, networking, and other business technology.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and account access
• Support casino management systems, point-of-sale systems, audiovisual equipment, and digital signage
• Assist with network cabling, equipment installations, and technology upgrades
• Work with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve technical problems
• Maintain IT equipment records and document support issues
• Provide onsite IT support across company properties as needed
• Assist with after-hours maintenance and emergency support when required

What You'll Bring

• IT support experience, an IT-related degree, or equivalent certifications preferred
• Basic knowledge of Windows computers, software, and networking
• Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and document solutions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Willingness to learn casino gaming technology, networking, and cybersecurity
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar environments is a plus

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between company properties
• Ability to lift, move, and install typical IT equipment
• Ability to identify and work with color-coded network cabling
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and remote-support tools
• Ability to perform hands-on IT work, including installing equipment and connecting cables
• Ability to work in varying environments, including technology spaces and areas with noise or secondhand smoke
• Flexiblity availability, including evenings, weekends, overtime, after-hours maintenance, and varying shifts as needed
