  • Cleanroom Compliance: Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot IT hardware (desktops, terminals, printers, scanning devices, and HMIs) within cleanroom environments while adhering to strict contamination, safety and gowning protocols
  • Critical Incident Response: Provide immediate, high-priority troubleshooting for production-critical systems to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 assembly line and wafer-processing operations.
  • ITIL Service Operations: Manage incidents, service requests and hardware lifecycle tickets using ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate IT inventory and hardware lifecycle records for all endpoints deployed across the cleanroom and sub-fab areas.
  • Server Operations: Monitor server performance, capacity and health; ensure uptime, availability, and optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience (1+ years) in systems support, IT operations or manufacturing IT environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate and explain technical issues to process engineers, cleanroom operators and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and incident, problem and change management processes.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
