Job Description

We are seeking an IT Technician to replace a member of our IT Operations team. You will provide on-site technical support and ensure the operational continuity of the site's IT, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.

You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for operational teams, contributing directly to service continuity and the smooth running of production activities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Prepare workstations and access rights for new employees.
• Maintain IT and telecommunications systems (hardware and software).
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage the IT asset fleet, stock, equipment movements, and inventories.
• Adhere to company standards, procedures, and security policies.
• Track incidents and requests using the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams.
• Participate in site-specific technical projects as well as national or regional deployments.
• Coordinate external service provider interventions when necessary.
• Produce regular reports on activities, incidents, and actions taken.
• Document configurations, procedures, and interventions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
