What You'll Do:

As a Remote IT Technician, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring that our clients IT systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients via remote access and support tools.

• System Maintenance & Upgrades Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure optimal security configurations.

• User Assistance & Training Provide guidance to end-users on best practices, system functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Incident Response Identify and address IT incidents swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

• Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and configurations for future reference.

• Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and enhancements efficiently.

• Cybersecurity Best Practices Ensure compliance with security protocols, troubleshoot vulnerabilities, and assist with data protection measures.

What You Bring to the Table:

Were looking for an IT pro who brings technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; networking (VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP); and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).

• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely, using various support tools and techniques.

• Certifications (Preferred, Not Required): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.

• Excellent Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.

• Time Management: Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple support tickets efficiently.

• Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote role.
