Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
Job Shift: DayAs an IT Member at North American Mental Health Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's information technology systems, ensuring they run smoothly to support our critical operations. Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including staff and clients, in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Hardware Maintenance: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications used within the organization, including EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
- Network Assistance: Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring stable connectivity for all users.
- Security Awareness: Promote and enforce IT security policies and guidelines to safeguard sensitive healthcare information.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution processes.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing IT inventory, tracking equipment, and ensuring proper allocation and disposal of assets.
- Training: Provide basic training to users on IT systems and best practices.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT-related field preferred).
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.

Qualifications:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or EHR software.
