This implementation assistance would include, but is not limited to:
• Status reporting of operational support tasks and related work efforts.
• Identifying metrics and key performance indicators (kpis) of processes and their output.
• Create, manage and maintain policy, plan, process, procedure and other program documents such as process flows, standard operating procedures,
Desk manuals and procedural guidelines.
• Review, edit, and maintain documentation consistency and accuracy for documentation submitted by both staff and vendors
• Monitor and support deadlines, milestones and activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Document all meetings attended, directives, and significant phone conversations.
• Develop and deliver professional technical program updates to leadership and supporting staff.
• Communicates with it leadership, business leadership and IT business consultants to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to project managers
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
