Your tasks

  • Be the go to tech partner for several applications and collaborate with external software providers.
  • Coordinate OS patching for Windows, Linux, and databases — keeping our systems secure and up to date.
  • Lead application updates to new supported OS versions.
  • Manage certificates and ensure smooth upgrades.
  • Request firewall openings and work closely with IT security.
  • Handle security incidents related to your applications.
  • Own CMDB data for your applications in our ITSM environment.
  • Keep documentation sharp and always up to date.
  • Join cross functional IT projects — from demand management tools to disaster recovery planning.

Your Profile

  • High school or University degree with a focus on IT who is eager to learn new things.
  • A curious tech mind ready to explore and extend OS, databases, and network knowledge
  • An English speaker comfortable in a global environment.
  • A problem solver who enjoys figuring out how things work.
  • A clear communicator who can work with internal teams and external partners.
  • An organized multitasker who keeps processes and documentation under control.
