Job Location: Dogs Inc Main Campus - Palmetto, FL 34221The IT Systems Support Specialist partners with the Online Prep Lab team to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for key line-of-business applications. This position serves as both a technical support resource and a dedicated trainer, providing personalized 1-on-1 coaching, facilitating group workshops, and creating practical learning materials.
By building confidence and clarity around the tools we use every day, this position ensures pack members are equipped to work efficiently, independently, and in alignment with our mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Online Prep Lab team to design and develop training for line-of-business applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive), IWDR, and ProVet
- Create structured learning paths, guides, videos, and hands-on workshops
- Provide 1-on-1 coaching to pack members who need additional support
- Identify skill gaps and proactively recommend training solutions
- Support day-to-day IT requests
- Assist in managing ticket flow and resolution during high-volume periods
- Serve as a clear and responsive liaison between IT and pack members
- Document recurring issues and translate them into future training opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Familiarity with current generative AI tools and their practical application in workplace productivity
- Experience delivering user training with a focus on responsive, high-quality support
- At least two years of experience in an information technology support role
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred
- Experience developing and delivering structured training programs (in-person and virtual)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instruction
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform calculations on standard measures of American currency and weight, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving complex changes in unique situations.

This position works primarily in an office and administrative setting, supporting pack members across campus. The environment is professional, fast-paced, and mission-driven, with frequent interaction with operational teams. Because our work centers on extraordinary dogs, this role will regularly see and engage with dogs throughout the day, especially when supporting instructors and canine training staff. Flexibility, comfort around dogs, and the ability to shift between focused computer work and in-person support are essential.
