Teams Squared is a global team-augmentation company supporting distributed legal, operational, and technical teams. This role supports the company’s IT and cybersecurity operations in collaboration with the Engineering & IT Lead responsible for cybersecurity compliance (ISO 27001 alignment), device lifecycle management, automated provisioning
infrastructure
and centralized security platforms.
Responsible for
maintaining
the reliability, security, and operational integrity of the company’s IT environment. The role covers device lifecycle management, SaaS administration, access control, and operational security processes, ensuring staff can work securely and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage full user lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Administer company SaaS platforms and access permissions.
•
Maintain
endpoint compliance, patching, and security baselines.
•
Monitor
alerts from
endpoint
, identity, and cloud security tools.
•
Maintain
asset inventory and device ownership records.
•
Procure
company devices and coordinate configuration, delivery, and replacement cycles.
• Support staff with device, access, and security-related issues.
•
Maintain
backup, recovery, and operational continuity processes.
• Track incidents, exceptions, and access changes in operational registers.
•
Assist
with audits and
maintain
evidence for security and compliance reviews.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or security support roles.
• Experience managing cloud SaaS platforms such as M365 or similar environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools, patching workflows, and device compliance.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and identity access processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
