HR Service & Payroll Outsource

We simplify your HR and Payroll needs via our Multiple Services – with or without having to own the system. We ensure accuracy and compliance of the ever-changing government statutory mandate conforming to LHDN, KWSP, C.P.8D, EA Form

IT Training

We provide outright job function specific training and Free After-Course Retraining Program aims to increase your productivity level. We are also an authorized Training & Test Center for Prometric, Pearson, Certiport (Microsoft Office Specialist)

• Run IT systems in manufacturing and guarantee smooth manufacturing in Kulim.
• Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high-priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as the liaison between the IT technical team, business functions, and vendor to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely. Work with business functions and vendors in problem-solving and troubleshooting. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives. Develop, customize, and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing, and document results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with min 5 years of experience
• Semiconductor industry experience or similar
• Experience in Advanced Process Control (APC) mandatory (either Statistical Process Control or Fault Detection & Classification, or Run to Run)
• Mandatory: SQL, Oracle, and Linux. Advantages: SECS/GEM and Java
• Good English is mandatory
