We’re hiring an IT Systems Engineer to own identity and access management, and core IT operations across the business. This role is centered on IAM using Okta, while also running internal ticketing, endpoint management, and onboarding for both employees and customers. This is a hands-on operator role focused on speed, security, and scale.
Own and operate IAM in Okta, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and access policies.
Run the internal ticketing queue in Jira with strong prioritization and fast resolution.
Manage the full endpoint lifecycle for macOS devices, including provisioning, support, and refresh.Administer MDM using Kandji to enforce security and compliance.
Administer core SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack.
Identity is the control plane, and IT is the execution layer. This role ensures both operate cleanly, securely, and without friction so the business can move fast.
