Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and continuously improve reliability and availability of IT-Systems as assigned.
• Create capacity forecasts, calculate technical requirements and process sizing requests for life-cycles or expansions.
• Participate in the design of global concepts, processes and service improvements, and participate in relevant projects.
• Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues, install and configure IT systems, software, firmware, etc..
• Document and report on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance and security.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, support local administrators in resolving incidents and problems, in line with ITIL standards.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
