The Opportunity
Provides technical administration, support, and analysis of the company’s critical network and business systems, including both the hardware and software environments.
The Role
The Candidate
Education: Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate, from an IT or Business program.
Work Experience: Tier 1 and 2 level support
Knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems; working knowledge of Linux Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint. Experience with VBScript/PowerShell, Routers/Switches, Web services, Virtualization (VMWARE & Hyper-V), Terminal & VDI Services (Citrix & MS RDS), WSUS & Dell KACE – Patch Management, Network Security, File Services Security/Structure and Technical Writing. Extensive experience with MS SQL and other database technologies. Basic knowledge of .NET & Web programming technologies. Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and other Cloud based services.
Compensation
$22-28 per hour. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
