Scrap Management Industries is looking for a front-line technical resource for end users and is accountable for ensuring reliable operations across endpoint devices, network systems, cloud services, physical security systems, and mobile devices. This is an onsite position. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
· Install, configure, and maintain networked and local printers, copiers, and multifunction devices
· Manage print server configurations and queue management
· Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, supply replenishment, and device replacements
Education and Experience: The minimum level of education and experience required to perform the job at a satisfactory level.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The minimum level of knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job at a satisfactory level.
· CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
· Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms
· Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing IT environments
· Experience supporting multi-site organizations with remote locations
· Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework or basic information security principles
· Skill in communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, vendors, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction;
· Good customer service skills;
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

· Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects of 50 pounds or more.
· Occasional work in industrial environments with exposure to heavy machinery, loud noise, dust, and varying weather conditions, requiring the use of proper safety equipment at all times.
· Travel to satellite locations as needed to provide on-site support
· Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours incident response as required
· Work occasional extended hours during planned maintenance windows or emergency situations
· Walk and stand for long periods of time; walk and stand on uneven surfaces.
· Communicate by speech and hear audible warning signals.
