TA ist die zentrale Unterstützungsabteilung zur Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen entlang der gesamten Geschäftsprozesskette bei AMB. Ziel ist es dabei schrittweise eine Vollautomatisierung betriebsübergreifend mit standardisierten Automatisierungssystemen umzusetzen. Dabei fungiert TA als Expertenabteilung für Automatisierung, industrieller IT und Modelle strategisch als auch operativ.
