Als IT-Systemadministrator bist du das Backbone unseres Unternehmens. Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben – von der Verwaltung unserer internen Infrastruktur über die Administration von Clients, Servern und Netzwerken bis hin zur Einrichtung und Wartung von Hard- und Software. In einem kleinen Team hast du die Chance, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, dich in unterschiedlichen Bereichen zu engagieren und bei der Entwicklung unserer Juniors mitzuwirken. Wir suchen motivierte Kolleg:innen, die Interesse an einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld haben, Spaß am Problemlösen mitbringen und gerne Verantwortung übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung und Pflege der internen IT-Infrastruktur
  • Administration von Clients, Servern und Netzwerk
  • Installation und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Technischer 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level-IT Support für unsere Kolleg:innen
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker*in, IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Windows, MS-Active Directory und MS-365
  • Gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (Proxmox/VMware), Docker und Linux
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung mit Youtrack, Confluence, SnipeIT, Netbox, OPNsense, OpenVPN, Entra-ID/Azure AD, Intune, git
