Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
IT System Support
Duties:
- Provide front-line assistance and support to end users.
- Resolve system, server, software, hardware and security related incidents.
- Install and configure desktop / laptop hardware & software and IT equipments.
- To perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentation.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines.
- 3 years or above relevant experience.
- Hands on trouble shooting experience in common office desktop / laptop hardware & software, configuration & video conference system.
- Experience in server, network and mobile phone configuration is a preferable.
- Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese.
