Job Description

  • Monitoring and Maintenance : Regularly monitor the ASRS system's performance, including storage and retrieval processes, equipment status, and software functionality.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ASRS system, both hardware and software, working with vendors or internal IT support as needed.
  • User Support : Provide assistance and guidance to users on how to operate the ASRS system, including training and troubleshooting common issues.
  • System Administration : Manage user access, permissions, and data within the ASRS system.
  • Reporting : Generate reports on system performance, usage, and any issues encountered.
  • Software Updates : Assist with testing and implementing software updates and upgrades to the ASRS system
  • Hardware Maintenance : Perform basic hardware maintenance, such as replacing components or coordinating with specialized technicians for more complex repairs
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of the ASRS system, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Inventory Management : Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting within the ASRS system, especially if it's integrated with inventory management software
  • Safety Compliance Ensure the ASRS system operates safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
