Albemarle is hiring an IT System Analyst based in Bengaluru, India. This role supports ITSM operations, Software Asset Management, IT contracts, vendor management, ARB activities, and governance processes in partnership with architecture, security, vendor, and demand management teams.

This is a high-visibility coordination and governance role for someone who enjoys turning complex technology operations into clear processes, reliable data, practical dashboards, and well-managed stakeholder outcomes.

What You Will Do

Service & Asset Operations

Support core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.

Continuously maintain and update CMDB records to ensure accurate configuration and asset data.

Define and implement processes for asset build, change, and retirement lifecycle management.

Software, Contracts & Vendors

Manage Software Asset Management activities including license tracking, compliance, and audit support.

Coordinate IT contracts, renewals, vendor documentation, and compliance tracking.

Monitor vendor performance, SLA adherence, and service delivery outcomes.

Governance, Architecture & Security

Support Architecture Review Board reviews, approvals, and governance follow-ups.

Partner with architecture and security teams to ensure standards, risk, and compliance alignment.

Engage security teams to review solution security posture, access requirements, risks, and compliance considerations.

Demand Management & Business Communication

Work with demand management teams to evaluate, prioritize, and track IT requests.

Coordinate with vendors to assess demand requests, validate solution feasibility, and track delivery commitments.

Provide regular updates to business users on demand status, vendor progress, security reviews, and expected timelines.

Reporting & Knowledge Management

Create and maintain management dashboards to provide visibility into ITSM, asset, vendor, and governance metrics.

Maintain ITSM, governance, service delivery, and reporting documentation

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

6-12 years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, IT Governance, or related roles.

Strong ITSM knowledge across frameworks, processes, and service delivery practices.

Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management, IT contracts, and vendor management.

ARB and governance experience supporting enterprise review and approval processes.

Understanding of architecture, security, compliance, and audit frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

ITIL certification.

Experience with ITSM tools such as FreshWorks, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.

Experience in large enterprise environments.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
