Your Tasks

• Administration of the Microsoft server system landscape (Exchange, SQL, AD, etc.)
• Administration of the virtualisation environment (VMware vSphere)
• Administration of the backup (Veeam) and storage environment
• Support and implementation of user training
• Documentation of IT processes, procedures and standards
• Client management
• Network and telecommunications administration
• Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
• User support

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft server products, ideally Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSE, MCITP)
• Experience in training employees and users
• Independent and service-orientated working style
