As the first member of our IT help desk, the role of the IT system administrator is not only responsible for technical support for end users, but also for actively improving the existing IT landscape. Ideally, you already have some experience in IT support and would like to develop further in one of the areas of frontend development (Angular or Vue), backend development (Python) or DevOps / infrastructure (AWS). - Since we are a small team, there are a few possibilities here
tasks
Primary contact for all IT-related tasks
IT service desk (operating systems, hardware, telephony, etc.) for our approx. 25 end users
Administration, expansion and maintenance of our system and network infrastructure and ensuring operation through ongoing monitoring
Selection, installation and operation of the required hardware
Ownership & maintenance of internal IT processes
Ownership & maintenance of the IT inventory list and inventory of new hardware
IT support for the onboarding of new employees and company departures
Management & implementation of IT projects
Supporting work in one of our product development teams as a front-end or back-end developer, or as a DevOps engineer.
qualification
At least 2 years of experience in IT support / IT helpdesk
Good knowledge of German (min B2)
Experience with directory services and identity access management, cloud-based systems (such as O365, Atlassian Suite), network infrastructure and operating systems (Windows 10, MacOS)
Basic knowledge and interest in one of the areas Vue, Angular, Python or DevOps
Customer-oriented communication, interpersonal skills, management of different personality types
Distinct quality awareness as well as independent, structured and responsible work
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
