Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Administrator with strong expertise in Office 365 environments and a solid background in on-premises infrastructure This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys migration work, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Lead and support migrations from on-premises Exchange and file systems to Office 365 cloud services.
• Execute and troubleshoot Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Monitor system performance, ensure security compliance, and optimize configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Document processes, configurations, and migration plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Office 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of Office 365 architecture and services.
• Proven experience with on-premises systems and cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, or equivalent
• Experience with hybrid environments and identity management (Azure AD Connect, ADFS).
• Prior involvement in Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects
