IT Support Trainee (Part-time)

We are looking for a student who will support us with day-to-day IT support activities in our co-working space in Kosice. This role is ideal for someone interested in IT, reliable, and eager to gain practical experience.

Your role
As an IT Support Trainee your main responsibilities will involve:

• Assist with setup and handling of IT equipment (monitors, docking stations, wireless sets, etc.)
• Provide basic on-site IT support for employees in Košice
• Offer remote support to other employees when needed
• Help resolve simple technical issues
• Provide administrative support at the local office as required

Your Skills and Experience

As an IT Support Trainee, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• University student (technical field is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of IT equipment (PCs, monitors, accessories)
• English – communicative level
• Willingness to learn and help others
• Responsible and reliable approach

Additional information

• Location(s): Košice
• Schedule: part-time 
• Wage: 8 EUR/hour gross
• On-site presence approximately once per week
• Possibility of working from home on other days based on agreement
