About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a part-time (2 or 3 days) IT Support Trainee based on-site in our Sydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying IT or a related qualification who wants to gain real-world experience in a supportive, professional environment.

In this role you’ll:

• Respond to helpdesk queries and escalate when needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
• Help set up new users and reset passwords.
• Learn to configure laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support routine maintenance and software updates.
• Consider document solutions and contribute to team knowledge.

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

• A genuine interest in IT and a desire to learn, backed by current studies in IT or a related qualification.
• A basic understanding of PC operating systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and collaboration tools like MS Teams (bonus).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• An organised approach, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
