Climate Friendly is looking for an IT Support Technician to help deliver reliable, secure and effective technology support across our growing organisation. This role is central to keeping employees connected and productive, supporting the systems, devices and collaboration tools used every day across the business.
Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Manager and working within the Technology Hub’s IT Systems and Infrastructure Team, the IT Support Technician provides Level 1 and Level 2 support to employees across Climate Friendly. You will act as a primary point of contact for incident resolution, service requests, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint management and general technology support.
