The Job
At Jenson USA, we’re passionate about bikes, the outdoors, and the people who love both. Based in Riverside, we’re a leading retailer of all things cycling — from mountain and road to e-bikes — plus a growing selection of camp and hike gear. Our corporate office and warehouse is one of a kind in the region, and many of our team members are riders and adventurers themselves. While outdoor enthusiasm isn’t a job requirement, don’t be surprised if you end up joining a trail ride or swapping campfire stories with your coworkers. We offer a flexible, welcoming environment filled with down-to-earth people who care about what they do.
In this job, you will be the first point of contact for our team members to help them resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networking. The primary goal of your role will be to provide outstanding service, ensuring timely and effective solutions to various IT-related inquiries.
This entry-level role is perfect for the full-time college student pursuing a degree in an information technology related field, or a recent college graduate with an IT related degree looking to kickstart their career. A flexible schedule can be accommodated for students, and you can expect 1 to 2 days per week in the office. An ideal candidate would be local with the ability to be onsite within 30 minutes.
