The Ohio House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the General Assembly. Alongside the Ohio Senate, it forms the legislative branch of the Ohio state government and works alongside the Governor of Ohio to create laws and establish a state budget. Legislative authority and responsibilities of the Ohio House of Representatives include passing bills on public policy matters, setting levels for state spending, raising and lowering taxes, and voting to uphold or override gubernatorial vetoes.

  3. UsesapprovedapplicationtoconductMicrosoft365admin tasks

  4. Createsandtestsaccountsfornew users

  5. MonitorsandmanagesuseraccesstoHouseIT resources

  6. ConfiguresmobiledevicestosynctoHouse accounts

  7. Makesupdatestointernal webpages

  8. Configureand installnewcomputerequipmentandotherhardwarewhen needed

  9. Pullsnetworkcablingfornewofficeportsordevicestousefromthedata closets

  10. InstallsWindows,MicrosoftOffice,andothersoftware applications

  11. Troubleshootshardwareissuesandotherapprovedofficeequipment issues

  12. Createsticketsforescalated support

  13. Assists withcopieranddesktopprinterfleet maintenance

  14. Programsanddeploysphonesandvoicemail boxes

  15. Setsupcomputers/laptopsandprojectorsinconference rooms

  16. Makesrequestsforfileandmail restores
