Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of technical proficiency. The IT Support specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Utilize tools such as SCCM for software deployment and management.
• Assist with network administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections to facilitate remote access for users.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Document support requests and resolutions using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies and industry trends to enhance support capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer networking concepts and practices.
• Experience with Meraki devices for network management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse user groups.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred but not mandatory.
