About Your Company

The client is a leading provider of IT solutions and services in Hong Kong, specializing in system integration, software development, and cloud computing. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person assistance for users with hardware, software, and application issues.
• Extend helpdesk and remote IT support whenever necessary.
• Manage network and server functions, including backup and monitoring services.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including hardware, operating systems, and third-party software.
• Perform customizations and configurations for hardware and software installations.
• Follow prescribed standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and ongoing support.
• Apply the most recent software updates or upgrade versions as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Networks or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with PC troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms is advantageous.
• CCNA, MCP, or MCSE certification is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
