Help Desk Student Position – Global Coverage

We are looking for a Help Desk Student to join our IT Support team. The role involves providing first-line technical support to employees worldwide, covering our global operations .

Responsibilities

  • Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
  • Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products.
  • Mastering, deploying, and supporting the latest technologies.
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Managing computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Administering and maintaining business applications and systems.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience/certifications.
  • Availability to work Min 3 days a week
  • Good basic understanding of information systems and a desire to learn more.
  • Good basic understanding of computer systems and willingness to learn about installing and maintaining peripheral equipment.
  • Service-oriented, patient, and independent.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Apple device MDM systems such as Jamf, Intune - advantage.
  • Familiarity with G Suite - advantage.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products - an advantage.
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) - advantage.
  • Fluent English.
