Job Description

• Provide daily IT Infrastructure/Operations support to users in SG
• Provide support for desktop and mobile devices as well as application system environments 
• Manage all IT asset
• Coordinate with vendor on the repair/maintenance of IT equipment & software
• Responsible to IT related tasks
• Carry out routine administrative tasks for servers such as backup, data housekeeping, security patches update, creation/deletion of user accounts and audits requirements
• Other matters are assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Dip/Deg with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Possess problem analysis ability, can effectively communicate with users, understand user problems, solve system network communication problems, and set network connections for computer peripheral hardware systems etc
• Good stakeholder management
• Comfortable to work in a small office environment and reporting to Taiwan HQ
