YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

TheITSupportSpecialistisresponsibleforITsupportfortheRegionalOfficeincludingbutnotlimitedto jobsites in several locations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Responsiblefortheday-to-daydesktop/laptop,cellular,telephoneandlocalnetworksupportof assigned offices and jobsites.

• Provideend-usersupportandproblemresolutionfordesktopcomputers,laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.

• Utilizeourtrouble-ticketingsystemtodocumentyourworkandfacilitatecommunicationwithour clients.

• Workwithalllevelsofendusersincludinghigh-levelusers,difficultusers,non-technicalusers, demanding users.

• Responsible for implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting,security,usagemonitoringandthedevelopmentofspecializedsystemsand operational procedures.

• Responsibleforprovidingprojectmanagementfornewjobsitesetups,toincludeassessingjobsiteIT support requirements, circuit ordering and implementation, equipment ordering and delivery and continued support throughout the life of the jobsite.

• Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeing performed by this position.This is not acomplete listing and other duties will beassigned basedon the position’s role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Teamplayerwitheffective communication&customerserviceskillswiththeabilitytostay on task when working independently

• Organizeandmanagemultipletasksinafast-paced environment

• Working knowledge and practical experience of the following technologies: networking,ActiveDirectory,StorageAreaNetwork,virtualmachines,andDisasterRecovery procedures and policies

• ConversantinMicrosoftoperatingsystemsandproductivitytools

• ExperiencewithCisconetworkequipmentisaplus

• Demonstratedsuccesstakingdirectionandworkingindependently

• Customerrelationsskills,superiorwritten,oral,andinterpersonal communication skills.Must be exceptionally detailed oriented

• Performinadynamicandfast-pacedteam environment

• Demonstratedabilitytoestablishandmaintainaneffectivefollow-upsystemtoensuretimelyand accurate handling of information requests

• Demonstratedabilitytousediscretionandsensitivitywhenhandlingconfidentialinformation.

• Self-starter,proactive,andabletointerfacewithendusersandprioritizeissues,and manage user expectations

• Extensiveexperienceinmulti-orgenvironment

• EngineeringandConstructionRelatedIndustryKnowledgedesired

• SystemAdministrationandsupportexperiencewouldbe desired

• ProficientinusingacomputerandMicrosoftOffice(Outlook,Word,Excel,etc.);Oraclepreferred

• Prioritizeandmanagemultipletasks,changingprioritiesasnecessary

• Workunderpressureandadapttochangingrequirementswithapositiveattitude

• Oralandwrittencommunicationskillsasrequiredforthe position

• Self-motivated,proactiveandaneffectiveteamplayer

• Interacteffectivelyandprofessionallywithalllevelsofemployees,bothmanagementand staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

• Minimum3years’practicalITexperiencerequired

• Canbeacombinationofeducation,training,andrelevantexperience

TRAVEL:

• Upto20%

WORKINGCONDITIONS:

• Generalworkenvironment-sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

• Noiselevelistypically lowtomedium;it canbeloudonajob site.

• Occasionalliftingofupto30lbs.
