  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, peripheral, assignment, and device-lifecycle records.
  • Assist with inventory reviews and help identify missing, aging, damaged, or unsupported equipment.
  • Support nearby offices, jobsites, and subsidiary locations as needed, including occasional onsite visits for setup, troubleshooting, inventory, or employee assistance.
  • Security and Technology Controls
  • Follow company security procedures when handling accounts, devices, data, software, remote-support sessions, and employee requests.
  • Recognize suspicious activity, phishing attempts, access concerns, and other potential security issues and escalate them promptly.
  • Support multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, access controls, device compliance, and other established security practices.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when accessing employee devices, accounts, systems, or business information.
  • Help employees understand and follow approved cybersecurity expectations and technology procedures.
  • Documentation, Training and Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain clear ticket notes, knowledge-base articles, user guides, support documentation, and repeatable procedures.
  • Provide basic employee guidance and training on approved technology tools, company procedures, cybersecurity expectations, and available self-service resources.
