Knighted is looking for an IT Support Specialist I (ITSS1) to support the IT department and greater Knighted team by solving a wide range of Tech related problems and assisting to create a streamlined IT infrastructure. You will be empowered to leverage FreshService IT Services Management platform and dashboards to manage your ticket queue, working in a team environment to enhance your knowledge and that of your teammates. Successful candidates enjoy customer service support, possess knowledge across a wide range of technical topics, and thrive on finding solutions to technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated, possess a sense of urgency and demonstrate critical thinking skills; capable of working in a heavily collaborative environment. Training will be provided to ensure skills and quality of work meet Knighted standards.
Bay Area pay range
$26—$30 USD
