
As an IT Support Specialist at Marine Solutions, you will be a key escalation point for our help desk team, resolving more complex technical issues and helping keep our people productive and our systems running smoothly. The IT Support Specialist is the primary contact point for technical support requests, handling issues that go beyond initial user troubleshooting. This role covers desktop and device support, network connectivity issues, user account and access management, software/hardware deployment, internal application support, and ticket resolution, with some exposure to SQL databases.

The hourly pay range for positions in Kentucky is $21 to $28 an hour, depending on education and relevant experience.
