We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support to corporate users and international subsidiaries, ensuring the proper operation of IT systems, infrastructure, communication networks, and end-user devices.
This role combines end-user support with infrastructure administration tasks in a dynamic international environment.
Provide onsite and remote IT support to corporate users and international subsidiaries
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Install and maintain laptops, smartphones, printers, and meeting room equipment
Manage tickets, onboarding/offboarding processes, and user accounts
Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity
Support the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Provide basic user training and technical guidance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with internal teams and international subsidiaries
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to end users
Support a collaborative and service-oriented IT environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management
Experience with Fortinet solutions, VPNs, backup tools, and hardware support
Good understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory)
Onsite availability for Sant Quirze and Sant Cugat offices
Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred
Availability for occasional travel is a plus
